Refund

Items cannot be returned due to change of mind or expectation. Refunds will be accepted if there is a fault with the item; proof of fault will be required. Payment of item will be refunded dependent on how original purchase was made e.g. if item was paid for via PayPal and has been accepted for a refund, the amount will be refunded to the PayPal account. Refunds will not include postage costs of initial sale.Gift boxes are part of the initial sale, and, if item is accepted for refund, gift box must be returned with the item. Once goods have been received and inspected, refund amount will be issued.

Exchange

Please contact us via e-mail or phone if wanting to exchange.
Exchanges will only be accepted if the item is still in its original condition and the item has been in purchaser's possession no longer than 7 days  from delivery date.  An exchange of goods will depend on the final sale price of the piece and can only be exchanged for an item of similar or higher value. Due to the nature of the products, each piece is somewhat unique and slight variations may be expected when purchasing freshwater pearls and a handcrafted product.

Important Note

tiina alexander is not liable for any goods that do not reach us. For that reason, we highly recommend that you ship your package by a method which provides for certification of mailing and/or confirmation of receipt, such as registered post via Australia Post. Please note that we cannot accept packages sent by C.O.D. If goods are returned without any tracking number or any form of tracing identification and the parcel has been lost in transit, tiina alexander is not liable for the lost and cannot complete the exchange.

To prepare your return:
•    Make a copy of your packing slip for your records.
•    Please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
•    To expedite your exchange, please insert the packing slip.
•    Pack and tape your package securely.
•    Gift Boxes and Certificate must be included
